Razer huntsman mini key isn't working at all

I recently got my razer huntsman mini and it was working fine until today, the issue is that the key containing the slash and the question mark is not working at all, I’ve tried resetting the keyboard, downloading new drivers, and such and nothing has worked, even cleaning the whole keyboard, any solutions ?  (yes i had to look it up and copy paste it)
