razer huntsman mini lights up but keys do not type letters

the case is as follows the keyboard lights up but after pressing the fn key only the f1 f2 f3 f4 f5 keys are illuminated in white and after pressing one of them the color of the key illumination changes other keys do not work I can't type any text does not show after pressing a key please help me

(Right click) and try closing all apps it should allow you to use all of the function keys. I've been having the same issue.
