RAZER Huntsman Mini RGB not working

So recently, (and by recently, I MEAN BY WEDNESDAY) I got the RAZER huntsman mini everything was fine till I was messing with the rgb keybinds and it just stopped lighting up although I was able to type and the caps button still lit up. I was hoping synapse could help but it didnt do anything and now I have a non rgb keyboard. Can anybody help solve this or should I return the keyboard to bestbuy and get a different one (if so, what brand would you recommend? )
