Razer Huntsman not detected on Synapse 2 on Mac


Hi guys Just got my Huntsman Quartz - plugged into Mac and working fine, however installed Synapse 2 (apparently 3 not compatible with Mac) and it doesn't detect the keyboard. Gave permissions in Preferences under General and Accessibility as per prompts on install, restarted, nothing. Originally it was plugged into my docking station (only have USB-C ports on Macbook), so I changed it and plugged into one of my attached monitors, restarted and same, still nothing. Now have it plugged into a basic USB to USB-C adapter plugged directly into the Macbook, still nothing - restarted yet again, still nothing. Checked Preferences - everything still has permissions. Stumped. Any help or suggestions appreciated please! Keyboard is working absolutely fine - problem is just Synapse not detecting it. Thanks in advance

Hi there! Thanks for sharing this on our Support thread. And yes, the Razer Synapse 3.0 is only supported on the Windows platform. The Synapse 2.0 for MAC is supported until MAC OS 10.14 only and all new products will be supported on Synapse 3.0 for Windows. Please submit this as feedback using your Razer Synapse 2.0 option under settings so our developers can receive it directly.
