Razer Huntsman not working

So I bought the Razer Huntsman, plugged it in , it showed up normaly but it didn't respond to Razer Synapse 3 or to typing. The RGB works but you can't change anything in Synapse. I know that it is compatible with only USB 2.0 and have tried EVERYTHING that I came across , from holding Caps+Esc and plugging it in to deleting everything razer related and doing it all again and simply nothing worked out. I hope you can help me if not my 110€ go to waste.

    Have you tried switching ports or plug the device into a different PC just to check if the issue would persist?
