Razer Huntsman On-board profiles isn't working.

i'm very dissapointed with what i got with this. i'm enjoying the tactile feel but the on-board profiles that comes with synapse is not working AT ALL. i have used an alternative client (OpenRGB & Polychromatic) and it did exactly what synapse offered me, synapse DOES NOT add any on-board profiles, while this does?? Razer. Please. I need on-board profiles. if i'm stupid enough and don't know how to set it up let me know as i have used the on-board feature from synapse 3
