Some keys on said keyboard just randomly stopped working after an update of synapse and its 100% software because it happened a few months ago also and I can't seem to find a fix this time around. I think last time I solved it by downgrading TE firmware but this time I cant find any older versions. It lights up and worked good days ago. Also its same keys as the last time so yeah it definitively is software. Please someone help ASAP, I use those keys for gaming.
