So, I bought a Razer Huntsman TE, but when I plug it into my computer, it doesn't light up and the keys do not work. I tried plugging it into a separate PC, but the results were the same as well. Help?

    Does the issue happen when there's no installed Razer Synapse, or the app is disabled or closed? Have you contacted our Support Team?
