2 days ago I tried to plug it into my playstation like I always have been and it didnt want to connect. Same routine for 1-2 years. All of a sudden doesnt want to work? I take keycaps off and open the keyboard, nothing visibly messed up. Maybe Usb c port? I tried a different cable not razer branded but didnt work so i dont know what else to do. Please help, spent all my money on the keyboard and i dont want to buy a whole new one. If I could send it into razer and see if they could fix/ check it that would be GREAT!

+1It can be USB port. Also are you 100% sure that the 3rd party cable that you’ve used is data capable, and not a charging only cable?
