Razer huntsman v2 analog broken game mode 2

hi, this is my third v2 analog keyboard. all of them had problems with phantom keys, not blocking windows button after changing profiles. And only this last keyboard does not have the defect of response delay after switching profiles WITHOUT using internal memory. But still the latest keyboard has problems with phantom keys and not working game mode after changing profiles (shown in the video). Are there any solutions to this problem? because I'm already tired of it. i did fresh windows installation (didn't helped), i tried 3 different pc(didn't helped).     Have you tried deleting your current profile and create a new one? Did you perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse as well? If you haven't, please follow the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, do send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
