Razer Huntsman v2 Analog RGB PROBLEM!!!!

Ask for bad English. Help!! I bought a new keyboard today. And the white color of the LEDs gives off a red color!!! And instead of white, it turns out to be a dirty pink color. I updated the firmware, nothing helps, I reinstalled the software. What to do, help

The bottom of the keyboard shines in chunks. The left and right corners are much brighter. The backlight is very dim
