Razer Huntsman V2 Analogue issues | Razer Insider

Got a Razer Huntsman V2 Analogue. Feels great to use however that's where the good things stop. Keyboard becomes unresponsive, keys get stuck and constantly repeat characters that aren't even pressed. It requires me to unplug and re-plug the USB cable to get it working again. Having used it for a few days now I have these problems about 4 to 5 times a day maybe more using a variety of apps.

Uninstalling Razer synapse makes no difference I thought it did but it doesn't. Following the uninstall and reinstall of Razer synapse again makes no difference. Not sure if it's just a defective unit it or not. However upon reading about this is with this keyboard this seems to be a more common occurrence than one would think possible for such an expensive keyboard. Also Razer why USB A and USB C and the USB C is the main cable for power and function ? Most desktops do not have a native USB C socket for peripherals ?!?

It's a shame as I really like the feel of it when using it. However I have now returned it (via Amazon) and will be buying another keyboard from another manufacturer (steel series Apex pro) very disappointed.
To answer one of your questions, the keyboard's main connector is the USB-C since it was primarily designed for laptop use. That said, there is a USB-C to USB-A adapter included in the package. Anyway, there's not much that we can do since you've already returned the device.
