To restart the RGB, I must reconnect the cable, restart the computer, or reinstall Razer Synapse.

Thanks for sharing our concern here. Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently? Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? E.g., spilled liquid, etc. Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device? E.g., cracks, tangled cable, exposed wire, etc. Please PM me your keyboard serial number and a short video showing the issue so I can take a closer look and provide additional steps to fix it. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
