Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz key input not working

My Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz keyboard after updating to the latest firmware. Since the update, the keyboard frequently stops registering key inputs every 1–2 hours at a time, even though the lights remain on and the device appears connected. This has significantly disrupted my work and gaming experience.I kindly request that Razer provide a solution to this issue, or guidance on how to safely rollback/downgrade the firmware to a stable version.
