razer huntsman v3 pro not working

Hello,

My keyboard (Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL) stopped responding completely. I tried everything:
- Reinstalled Synapse
- Factory reset (ESC + Caps Lock + Space)
- Uninstalled drivers via Device Manager
- Tried different USB ports and another PC
- Tried using another profile in Synapse

Nothing helped. The keyboard lights up, but no keys work. Sometimes the "C" light turns on by itself. I need help urgently – is there a firmware recovery or do I need to replace it?

It seems like you’ve done all the necessary workarounds and we’re definitely dealing with a hardware fault right here. When and where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
