Razer hyper polling wireless dongle not connecting

Hello Friends,

 

i have a Problem.  I have Razer Deathadder V3 PRO WHITE EDITION (6 Month Old Mouse). Yesterday i get my Razer hyper polling wireless dongle.

 

And know my Problem is the Dongle is not connecting to my Deathadder.

  • I have a very GOOD PC Trust me :D
  • Latest Windows 10 - 64 Bit Updates (Original Windows)
  • I use Razer Synaps 3
  • I have make all Updates NVIDIA,WIndows,INTEL,Razer,Deathadder firmware update

But the dongle is not connecting to the mose.

  • i Deinstall the Synaps and switch to synast best BETA i try but if i start connecting the process run and run , i press a key of the Mouse but that the dongle can see a device. 
  • I Deinstallt the Razer Mouse from Windows Device Manager and install new. 
  • I deinstallt Razer Synpas  3 and razer synpas Best and install new but it not works. 
  • My Dongle is original from Razer from HONG KONG.

    Update:

     

    I use RazerHyperPollingDeviceFirmwareUpdater_v1.00.00_r9 and RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.03_r1 

     

    But it is not working.

    I buy my Razer Deathadder V3  Pro Withe Edition from otto.de and after 6 month i bought my Razer Hyper Polling wireless Dongel from razer.com .

     

     I dont have a hyper dongle in the v3 pro edition , i buy my dongle seperate from razer original

    I received your message. Please update your mouse firmware to address an issue where the mouse cannot pair with the Hyperpolling dongle. If the problem persists, please provide your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty options. Thanks!
