Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle Works but not at 8000hz Polling (deathadder v3 Pro)

Weird issue with my Deathadder pro v3 and I have tried everything under the sun to get it back to 8000hz Polling rate. Basically my mouse works perfectly fine but only at 1000hz Poilling , Razer Synapse does not detect the HyperPolling dongle but works perfectly fine with my Deathadder at 1000hz polling only.

So as you can see from the picture on the main dashboard the "hyperpolling dongle" does not come out but if you click "pairing utility " you can see it shows its "paired" what a weird bug.

Things I have tried:

RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.04_r2

RazerHyperPollingDeviceFirmwareUpdater_v1.00.00

RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.04

Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool 1.0.0.8

RazerSynapseInstaller_v1.17.0.597

Changing USB port (its directly connected to motherboard)

Uninstalling Synapse 3 and trying "new beta"

Even tried running Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool to remove dongle drivers but it does seem to remove them because on restart the dongle works when it should not.

Everything is updated to the latest firmware on the dongle and on the mouse and latest version of Synapse

I have high end pc 4090 , 32gb RAM and top of the range AMD CPU

The thing is it was working on 8000hz Polling rate then at some point it must have stopped working just don't know when anyone had this issue man? weird bug to have anyway to completely find and remove this hyper polling driver and start from factory. I can't even unpair my deathadder v3 pro from the dongle there is no option .

So tried installing it from sratch on my laptop and the same thing happens as on the desktop works pertectly fine on 1000 polling dashboard does not detect dongle but under pairing section its showing its paired but dont have to option to unpair it.
