I have a kraken Pro v2 headsets , i wanna know what is my product key to activate 7.1 surround app , i registered the product and read from couple of threads that i shall wait 24-48 hours to get the product id code on my email , yet i didn't. what's the next step :3

    The Kraken Pro V2 is not eligible for an activation code for our newer surround sound apps. We also no longer generate codes for the older Razer Surround Pro as that module has long been discontinued. PM me if you need anything else.
