RAZER ID DONT WORKED

Hello everyone, I´m from Brazil and I brought a Razer kraken pro v2 last week. But it from other country and when it arrived in my house, I try to register it in Razer app, but the Id number have a problem, a error ' the number series is unknow'. I contacted the site from I brought it but the salesman said I have no way to register the product because my region. I wanna know if it true, if the region affect my Id number. Thank u all.
