Does anyone know why my Razer won't finish loading? Each time I try starting it up, it tends to get stuck right on the loading screen and it keeps loading the three dots and never bothers to finish loading up so then I just get stuck so then I can't get into any Razer related programs such as Razer Synapse 3 or my Sound Systems for it

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. Are you attempting to install or update your Razer Synapse? Please check if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files. Should the issue persist, follow the steps below and see if it helps:



Note: Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system. Check the steps below:



1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.

2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.

3. Press Windows + X key and choose Command Prompt on the menu.

4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.

5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\



*Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder



6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall, then restart your PC.

7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48

even after doing all of this it still gets stuck on the Razer Loading Screen, you got anything else I can try? I even turned off all my firewalls uninstalled synapse and all its files aswell as the drivers too on device manager. after that I checked the path you told me to check and I didn't have it and you said if I didn't have it I can move on, and after all that I reinstalled synapse and restarted my pc, i'm not sure what you mean by adding synapse to my firewall exemptions though and I do have the latest .NET framework available
