Razer Installer stuck

Hi Guys, I bought a Razer Nari Ultimate 8 days ago, but the software doesnt work. When I try to download it from chrome it doesn't work, when I plug the headset in the download also wont work. The loading screen pops up, but the same problem occures, it just doesn't seem to do anything. When I open up my taskmanager it tells me only 1% CPU and 5%GPU are being used. It also uses around 30mb memory. I have tried everything I know, and razer doesn't react to my email. Does anyone has an idea of how I could fix this? (PS.
