So I have bought the headset Razer kraken V3 pro 3 years ago. They broke around year ago. In polish consumer law it is said, that if a warrantor exchanges an item for new one, the warranty is refreshed anew. I'm from Poland and I bought it in Poland.
I was in contact with "vip" Razer team, but they just say they do not care about polish consumer law, they just act as if it does not exist and just say due to warranty regulations they have and the entry that the warranty is up to two years nothing can be done. But there are entries in it that say, that consumer law from the buyers country are also valid I said. THEY DO NOT CARE. Beware, they have law for nothing.
