The chair tilts forward when someone sits on it.


Item: Razer Iskur - Dark Gray Fabric - Gaming
Purchase date: May 11, 2022


As far as I know, the warranty expired about a month ago.
Is it still possible to receive service for this issue?

If you look at the metal bar on the bottom of the chair, you’ll see that it’s tilted forward quite a lot.
