Hey, so i got my chair 2months ago. The chair started heavily tilting to the left and right, getting stuck while swinging back and forth during the past week so i decided to disassembly the chair using the youtube guide by razer ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVqsMqKq_lY )
And i got this far that i got the plate off the chair but the cylinder part i couldnt get off and i tried but was not possible and this plastic part got broken and i dont think i want to try to get the cylinder off right now. I will assemble the chair back and hopefully in the meantime i can get some spare parts so that my chair wont tilt left right squeak anymore. Ill attach a pic of the broken plastic part also.
