The wheels of my Iskur chair barely can move, and they'r not smooth at all. Is there a problem that I can fix? Or should I contact razer support.

    When did you notice this behavior? Have you tried cleaning the caster wheels using a scrub, brush, or compressed air from a can? You can use water with soap to soften the dirt or gunk and apply a small amount of lubricant on the wheel and hub axle.
