I purchased the chair in 2022 and though the seat cushion fabric seemed to deteriorate faster than most chairs I didn't let that bother me.
Recently I felt the chair wobbling at the base and as it got worse and worse I realized that the leg had snapped at the weld as it attaches to the base. I can't find a serial number on the chair so I was unable to create a ticket for it. Apparently this is a common issue with this model.
