Has anyone gotten the razer Iskur XL and been unable to make the lumbar support cable reach the clip on the bottom of the chair? Mine doesn't seem to have the cutout on the bottom to feed the cable through that it shows on the instructions and it makes it so it can't be inserted into the clip.
