Hey Yall. Just had my Razer iskur XL snap it’s mounting plate when i sat on it, anyone else have a similar experience? Already sent in a support ticket, but was curious about all your thoughts.
It looks to me like the weld for the seat angle adjustment broke, and snapped the mounting plate as a result.
Anyone else have insights or thoughts? :)
Hi Josh! My regular sized Iskur snapped at the exact same place. In fact your pic might as well have been a pic of my chair; same thing. I’ll send in a warranty request to Razer, but out of curiosity what did they do with your warranty claim?

hey, sorry for late reply. they sent me a new seating plate and a new chair piston, after talking to their warranty department
