Razer Junglecat problem

Hi, I have a problem with my Razer Junglecat. The right pad is not working properly. It starts up automatically when the battery is connected and the LED lights up in a pale purple or red color. The pad does not respond to the power switch. If the diode lights up in any color then it will turn off only when I unplug the battery. Phones cannot see this rain - only the left controller can be seen. Has anyone had a similar problem? Junglecat wasn't flooded.
