I’ve had the Razer Kaira for Xbox for just over 2 years now and I’ve had issues on and off since a few months after purchasing them. Now it’s the worse it’s ever been, the audio in the left ear doesn’t work and neither does the microphone. I’ve tried resetting, checking for software updates, and checking for any dirt or debris. I’m completely lost on how or if this can be fixed.
