Hi Support. I bought a new Razer Kaira for my daughter and while beautiful and comfortable - it's completely unusable defective. It just doesn't work very well.
Whenever we play together, there is a lot of background noise, it disconnects randomly and sometimes I can't hear her at all.
I've updated the headphones. I've downloaded the app on my Xbox Series X. Nothing works. I've heard there was an update a few weeks ago, but I don't see it and nothing is fixed. Can you tell me what to do about it?

As per Microsoft, there is a bug causing audio and disconnections issues for wireless headsets on Xbox. This is a widespread issue that will be fixed by an Xbox update. With that said, please test the headset on mobile and send me your results along with the serial number so I can help you out.
