Razer Kaira Pro adapter not working

I put the adapter on my pc and my ps5 and isn't working at all i put in multiple ports usb c and usb a with the extra cable and isn't working and when connected with Bluetooth and in some game from steam (helldivers 2, Doom Eternal...) the sound isn't working at maximum its like it is 30 % and this happens in the Bluetooth only in some games i have the device 1,5 year now this is the first time a problem found woth it before i used only the adapter with my pc and ps5 and it worked very well but now no adapter and some games isn't working well as well i don't know what to do i spoke with store i bought it and they say the insurance it's only 1 year and now i am stack and I don't know what to do please help
