Razer Kaira pro audio distortion on xbox one x

Hi, just purchased a kaira pro, my first wireless headset. Its been brilliant apart from experiencing bad audio distortions from time to time that can last 30 to 40 seconds at a time. and maybe 2 to 4 times per 1 to 2 hours. Iheard of other users experiencing this with the new series x xbox but not with the xbox one x. Are there any others in my position? and is there a way to stop it? Thanks in advance.

      I can confirm that my Kaira Pro does the exact same thing on both Xbox One X and Windows 10 (via Xbox Wireless Adapter). It's either the headset itself or Microsoft's wireless protocol causing it. Seeing the sheer amount of people who reported the issue, I'm hoping for a FW fix, though it's dragging along since last fall... The issue made it even into reviews, to quote XboxAddict: "Although everything sounds fine and dandy, I did run into one problem that I took to the internet to research. Every so often I would get a varying amount of distortion (small to large) at times resulting in me turning the Kaira Pro off and then back on, reconnecting to the console. This would generally fix the problem."

        Also have the same problem with this headset. Robotic sound every 10 - 20 min incl. 2-3 disconnects with the xbox series X. Are there any solves? It can't be one that neither xbox nor razer does anything about it, can it? Not with the brand and the price. There are no new firmware to download. Opened a ticket at Razer and now wait and see. If the problem does not resolve quickly, I will change the headset and give the Kaira pro back.
