First of all, sorry for my bad english, its not my mother language but i hope im able to describe my problem as well as possible.

 

Hey Community!

I have the Razer Kaira Pro since like 6 Months and im very happy with it, the Mic quality is great, the sound quality is also bussin, but there is one specific thing thats frustrating me more and more since i have it and im not able to find someone with the same problem like me, so i joined the community to get the help i really need cause this thing ruins litteraly the complete experience.

 

So, the problem is that the headset is starting to like cut off the audio, like a stuttering if that makes sense and it starts to randomly disconnect and connect me from my Xbox or PC like 4-5 times in a row and its reaaaaly annoying, it happens randomly most of the time but what i noticed so far is, when i download something on my xbox or computer, the connection issues with the headset is a constant thing, the audio cut off all the time, it disconnect and connect me over and over again and i tried everything thats possible.

 

On PC: I updated every necessarly driver like Bluetooth Adapter and Microsoft Wireless Adapter to see if it work out (And no i didnt used Both adapter at the same time, i unplugged the adapter that was not used to avoid connection issues) and also reinstalled win 10 and 11 fresh to see if it can fix the problem, but nope.

 

ON Xbox: I factory resetted the Xbox to see if it fix the problem, but nope, still connection issues.

 

Sometimes i have days with no problems at all, thats really nice but 95% of the time it haunts me either with the Bluetooth or 2.4Ghz connection and i cant hear the “Beep” noise that the headset makes while connecting and disconnecting anymore :’D

 

I hope i was able to describe it so that u guys understand it, if not i can list my problem up in German again.

Hey i have the razer kaira pro and im using a couple of times and my hedset its not charging and not turning on when i put the cable on the headset and pluged in to my xbox series x and press the sinc button on the headset its turning a blinking light in green and i tray to connect to the console and its not paired to the console

Hello sorry for late response I have this headset to and I fixed it on PC you need to replace your adapter and plug it into extender NEVER take out the adapter from the extender you make unplug the extender but never the adapter I self I did this and fried about 5 adapters and had to keep replacing it to be honest I should even have to buy one adapter they should make it so it just connects to PC without a adapter that overheard all the time and cost for money and as for Xbox be sure make sure there no wireless interface near it and it also works better on series x and s and it's not optimized for the one x and and the ones and s there even more issues with this headset such as green flashing lights and the mic being sensitive and the headset turning on my Xbox and not being able to have the Xbox of and the headset on at the same time
