Hi Community and Support!
My Razor Kaira Pro Headset is not working correctly with Xbox Series X and Windows 10/11 (with Xbox USB Adapter). In both configurations, the connection is established, but I have constant cracks distortion in the audio.
Basically, the only way the headset works fine is with direct bluetooth connection (iphone for example).
- I did a firmware update
- I did re-setup for pc and xbox of the headset several times
What can I do to have fun again with my Razor product? This is very disappionting.
