Razer kaira pro modeol kulaklığı aldım.Bluetooth ve typ-c bağlantısını yapıyorum herşey güzel çalışıyor ancak synaps uygulamasında bir türlü görmüyor usb den şarza takınca yine görmüyor synaps 3 bile indirdim yine olmadı ürünü tanımlanım fakat bir türlü driver göremedim hiç bir ayar yapamıyorum.

I bought the Razer Kaira Pro Modelol headset. I connect Bluetooth and type-c, everything works fine, but it doesn't show up in the synaps application, when I plug it into the charger via USB, it still doesn't show up. I even downloaded synaps 3, but it still doesn't work. I identified the product, but I couldn't see any drivers, I can't make any settings.

Please be informed that the Razer Kaira Pro is not supported by supported by Razer Synapse for Mac, Razer Synapse 4, Razer Synapse 3 or Razer Synapse 2.0. Therefore, it is considered incompatible and does not require Razer Synapse to function.
