I received the kairo pro as a package when I bought the xbox series X. After less than a year of use the mic is no longer working.. guess I should've got the 2 year protection plan as it didn't last very long. I looked at the troubleshooting guides and even bought a new mic piece, and neither resolved the problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
