On my new Razer Kaira Pro l, a random frequency would distort for about half a minute or so and it would effect the Xbox party-chat and also the game sound.

Same happens to me. Played COD Cold War and Dirt 5. I also recon it during a spotify session this morning.

    Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Were you able to test in on a PC with an Xbox Wireless adapter or to another gaming console? Also, does the issue happen even after charging the device for four hours?

    Didnt test it with the xbox wireless adapter. What I can definitely say is that a full charge, more than 4 hours, didnt solve the problem. Regards
