I just got the headset yesterday and tried updating it this morning with the provided link and it's just stuck at 0% every time I tried to do it. I even disabled McCaffy and still not working. Please help me, thank you.

Also I forgot to mention that it just turns off automatically after several minutes and it's fully charge.

To everyone else experiencing the same issue, make sure that the headset is plugged directly into the PC. Do not use a USB hub or extension, and follow the steps provided below.

- Close the updater.
- Unplug the headset.
- Reboot the PC.
- Disable your AntiMalware and Firewall temporarily.
- Launch the updater
- Reconnect the headset.
