I just got the headset yesterday and tried updating it this morning with the provided link and it's just stuck at 0% every time I tried to do it. I even disabled McCaffy and still not working. Please help me, thank you. Edit #1: Also I forgot to mention that it just turns off automatically after several minutes and it's fully charge. Edit #2: It's fixed.

    @Razer11518 Thanks for updating the thread. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you need assistance in the future. To everyone else experiencing the same issue, make sure that the headset is plugged directly into the PC. Do not use a USB hub or extension, and follow the steps provided below.
    • Close the updater.
    • Unplug the headset.
    • Reboot the PC.
    • Disable your AntiMalware and Firewall temporarily.
    • Launch the updater
    • Reconnect the headset.
