Razer Kaira - Sound is terrible.

The sound on this headset is terrible, it comes and goes but it's always there, sometimes it's worse. It sounds muffled, distorted, slowed down even at stages, its game sound and party chat sound. I have updated it to the latest firmware, I don't know what to do, I purchased it from the Razer_au ebay store and I would like to try to fix the issue before straight up getting a refund. Please help...

Audio quality issues are quite tricky to troubleshoot. Are you using the headset with a console, a phone, or a PC, and have you tried tweaking the EQ using the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox app?
