Razer keyboard and mouse keep disconnecting

Hello, my razer keyboard (Ornata) and mouse (mini viper) keep disconnecting even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled the synapse software multiple times. The windows disconnect sound will play and then it will connect again, it does this every 5-10 minutes. When I have the synapse program uninstalled it does not do this so this isn't a problem with the USB. How can I fix this?
