Razer keyboard and mouse not using onboard profiles

Hi, My mouse and keyboard aren't remembering my Chroma settings when Razer synapse isn't running even though I've saved the profile to the memory. When I shut down the computer it turns the light off even though I've configured it not to. When I boot up, it displays whatever colours it wants until Razer synapse loads. Any ideas? Thanks, Dan

    I'm having the same problem. Even though it says "Quick effects are presets that can be saved to a device's profile", using the static effect still only works when synapse is running.
