I just got a Kishi, and I'm extremely disappointed by the terrible deadzone management of this controller.
For a 80$ controller it's just unacceptable.
It has the same stick quality and deadzone as chinese controllers at half the price of this one.
A 10 years xbox360 controller does better than this.
Now, is there any way I could fix it, or do I have to send it back?
The controller firmware is 2.7, which seems to be the last firmware, released almost one year ago...
Is the xbox game pass model of this controller any better with the dead zones, or is it the same garbage?

For anyone wondering what I mean but those terrible deadzones, here is it;

You can see in the first image with an old Xbox 1 controller connected by usb, the sticks travel when I turn them is very smooth, sensitivity is even.
On the second image you can see the Kishi, that snaps to each axis, and then has a brutal acceleration when reach the no deadzone point, which makes this weird uneven trajectories.
I've seen 20$ chinese pads do better than that.
A 80$ "premium" controller should be better than this.
