Razer Kishi not connecting

Just got my Razer Kishi in the mail. plugged it on my Samsung Galaxy S10 plus and nothing happened. I have the latest update on my phone. While it does not connect it does charge via the pass through. I have tried everything to get it to connect and nothing works, i even tried setting my phone to developer mode. Nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Update: I just noticed that when I plug my razer kishi to my phone I get a notification "charging connected device via USB." When I select that option I get the following options (pic). Does this help determine my issue with my kishi,?
