I recently got my Razer Kishi and it has been working amazingly with my OnePlus 6T with everything that supports controllers. Unfortunately I am unable to play while charging. It disconnects from my phone when I plug in the pass-through charging port. My phone, while it does have a USB-C port, it operates on USB 2.0 standards, so I'm wondering if that is at fault rather than the controller.
Anyone else have any issues playing and charging at the same time?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kishi's concern here. Have you tried connecting the controller to another mobile phone? Also, were you able to update the Razer Kishi update through its app?

I have been able to update the controller and was the first thing I did when I got it. I currently don`t have access to another USB-C phone to test unfortunately.
