My headphones won't connect to synapse 3.
In the application on the phone, I updated the firmware to the latest version, they connect to the computer, but they do not appear in the synapse.
Tell me how to fix.

Please check Windows Update>Optional Updates>Drivers and install all Razer-related drivers that show up. If the problem persists, please send me a PM with the serial number of the headset.
