Razer Kitty headphones disconnecting (USB)

So I recently received these headphones for Christmas, so they've very new and should be in great condition... but they tend to randomly stop playing music but instead the music/sound plays from my speakers. The headphones use USB to connect to my computer, I had two free USB ports, and using both just ends in this same issue eventually. I have no idea what is causing this, if it's a problem with the headphones or the computer I'm not sure. Any advice or support would be appreciated!! Thank you <3

Were you able to connect the headset to a different PC to check if the same issue persists? Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page.
