Hi, I have a new Razer Kiyo, the manual says the LED indicator will light up once connected the USB port, but after connecting it to my laptop the LED indicator didn’t turn on. I tried the other USB port of my laptop but still not working. The light should turn on even if I have not downloaded the app, right?
I also tried to download the app on the link provided on the manual razer.com/razer-kiyo but there’s an error on the page.
I’m using Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS.
