Razer Kiyo advanced setting (low light compensation) wont save

Everything else will save but no matter what every time the camera is briefly not active and then on again low light compensation will never save as being turned off. Every other advanced setting will save (zoom, tilt..)

also all the normal settings save just fine. (brightness, saturation..)



yes synapse is up to date as well as the drivers, yes this is across every computer, yes this is with

both usb 2.0 and 3.0 and every other usb port on my computers that I tried.

Hi there! When did this start to happen? Have you tried doing a reinstall of Synapse to see if it helps? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.

It's happened since the day I got it and yes I have gone through the re install with support multiple times, it seems to be the only thing they know how to do
