Razer Kiyo AF and manual focus not working

Hi all, Today my Razer Kiyo Auto-Focus and manual focus stopped working. I have tried reinstalling drivers, synapse and such but to no avail. Please advise! Cheers, GreQonE

Forgot to mention that I'm running latest Win 10 Pro x86-64

Same for me, Cam works with obs, but theres no preview image is shown in synapse

Same experience here, webcam "works" in StreamlabsOBS but cannot configure it. Synapse 3 have all grayed out settings... Tried clean installation, it didn't worked - https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771 . Someone had idea how to solve it?

Same problem here, pretty pissed off no one gets any response about this issue, regarding the price of the cam. Please answer or fix this !

    Same here. Only way I get it back working is to disconnect and reconnect Kiyo USB cable. Then it works again. But this is only a workaround, not a real fix to the problem. So, please, Razer, fix this. (Running WIndows 10 Pro 64bit, Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041)
